Terms for submissions

1. About us

GTA Clips Today is a fan channel that publishes GTA gameplay compilations and short videos on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. Contact details are in our Impressum.

2. Who can submit

You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. What you confirm

By submitting a clip you confirm that:

• you recorded the clip yourself or otherwise own all rights to it,
• it does not violate anyone else's rights (for example copyrighted music added on top or another creator's video),
• everyone whose voice can be heard in the clip agrees to it being published.

4. What you allow us to do

You give GTA Clips Today a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and unlimited-in-time permission to use your clip: to cut, edit and combine it with other clips, add commentary, music, text and graphics, use it in thumbnails and previews, and publish and monetize it on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and similar platforms. You keep the ownership of your clip and can still use it yourself anywhere you like.

This permission is irrevocable for videos that have already been published. Please only submit a clip if you are fine with it staying online.

We credit you with the name or gamertag you provide.

5. No obligation, no payment

We are not obliged to use a submitted clip. Submissions are unpaid.

6. Changing your mind

Published videos stay online. If you no longer want your clip to be used, email gtaclipstoday@gmail.com and we will not use it in any new videos. If a clip infringes the rights of others or shows personal information, let us know: we will review the case and edit or remove the affected part where the law requires it.

7. Content we don't accept

Clips that are illegal, hateful, show personal information of real people, contain copyrighted material of others or that you did not record yourself. We may delete such submissions without notice.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise our liability is limited as far as legally permitted.

9. Not affiliated with Rockstar

GTA Clips Today is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto is a trademark of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.

10. Final provisions

German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. We may update these terms; the version valid at the time of your submission applies to it.
